IMPORTANT: This Limited Warranty contains important information about your rights and obligations. Please read this document carefully before using your USDT0 hardware wallet device.
1. Warranty Coverage
USDT0 LLC US ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a subsidiary of FireHouse Holding United, provides this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of USDT0 hardware wallet devices ("Product" or "Device"). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

1.2 What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers:
- Defects in materials used in the manufacture of the Product
- Defects in workmanship that result in failure to conform to published specifications
- Hardware component failures under normal operating conditions
- Display malfunctions not caused by physical damage
- Button or interface failures affecting normal operation
- Secure element chip malfunctions (excluding user-induced damage)
- Power management system failures
- Firmware corruption due to manufacturing defects
- Connectivity issues with official USDT0 software applications
- Temperature-related component failures within specified operating ranges
2. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
2.1 Excluded Damages
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or crushing
- Water damage, liquid spills, or exposure to excessive moisture
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures outside specified ranges
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from use of non-approved accessories or chargers
- Damage from electrical surges or power supply irregularities
2.2 Software and Data
- Loss of cryptocurrency funds or private keys
- Data corruption due to user error or external factors
- Software bugs in third-party applications
- Incompatibility with future blockchain protocol changes
- Security breaches due to user negligence
- Firmware modifications by unauthorized parties
- Performance degradation due to blockchain network issues
2.3 Misuse and Abuse
- Use for purposes other than intended cryptocurrency storage
- Operation outside specified environmental conditions
- Attempted reverse engineering or tampering
- Commercial or industrial use of consumer-grade products
- Use in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Damage from improper storage or handling
3. Warranty Claims and Procedures
3.1 Claim Requirements
To make a warranty claim, you must:
- Contact USDT0 customer support within the warranty period
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
- Provide the device serial number and model information
- Describe the defect or malfunction in detail
- Allow our technical support team to attempt remote diagnosis
- Return the defective Product in its original packaging when requested
3.2 Claim Process
- Initial Contact: Submit a support ticket through our official website or contact customer service
- Diagnosis: Our technical team will attempt to resolve the issue remotely
- Evaluation: If remote resolution is not possible, we will provide return shipping instructions
- Inspection: Returned devices will be inspected within 10 business days
- Resolution: We will repair, replace, or refund based on warranty coverage determination
- Return: Repaired or replacement devices will be shipped within 5 business days
3.3 Shipping and Handling
- We will provide prepaid shipping labels for warranty returns within the United States
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- All replacement or repaired devices will be shipped at no charge
- Expedited shipping is available upon request for enterprise customers
- Customers must use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit
4. Warranty Remedies
4.1 Repair Services
When a covered defect is identified, we will:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished components
- Replace defective components with functionally equivalent parts
- Update firmware to the latest stable version
- Perform comprehensive testing before return
- Provide a 90-day warranty on repair services
4.2 Replacement Policy
When repair is not feasible or economical, we will:
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished device of the same model
- Provide a functionally equivalent upgraded model if the original is discontinued
- Transfer any remaining warranty period to the replacement device
- Include standard accessories with replacement devices
- Assist with device setup and data migration when possible
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided when:
- The same defect occurs three times within the warranty period
- Repair or replacement is not possible due to component availability
- The Product fails within 30 days of purchase due to manufacturing defects
- Regulatory changes make the Product unsuitable for its intended use

- USDT0 Business: 5-year coverage with priority support and advanced replacement
- USDT0 Enterprise: Comprehensive coverage with on-site support options
- USDT0 Global: Worldwide coverage with local service centers
5.2 Accidental Damage Protection
Extended warranty plans may include coverage for:
- Drops and impact damage (up to 2 incidents per year)
- Liquid damage from spills or immersion
- Power surge damage
- Theft or loss protection (with police report)
- Expedited replacement services
6. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LIMITATION: Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6.1 Financial Limitations
- Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product
- We are not responsible for cryptocurrency losses or fluctuations
- We do not warrant the value or stability of digital assets
- Business interruption costs are not covered under this warranty
- Third-party service fees are not reimbursable
6.2 Time Limitations
- All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period
- Claims submitted after warranty expiration will be subject to standard repair pricing
- Statute of limitations applies as per applicable state and federal laws
- Extensions may be granted for deployed military personnel or documented emergencies
7. Regulatory Compliance and Disclaimers

This warranty does not cover:

- Discontinued support for specific cryptocurrencies due to legal restrictions
- Compliance costs associated with changing regulations
- Geographical restrictions on product use or support
- Updates required for sanctions compliance
7.2 Security Disclaimers
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining device security
- We cannot recover lost or forgotten PIN codes or seed phrases
- Firmware updates may be required for continued security
- Users should follow published security best practices
- Third-party software integration may void certain warranty provisions
8. International Warranty
8.1 Global Coverage
This warranty is valid worldwide, subject to:
- Local laws and regulations in the country of use
- Availability of authorized service centers
- Customs and import restrictions on replacement devices

- Currency exchange rates for refund calculations

9. Warranty Registration and Activation

10. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, customers agree to:

- Allow 60 days for complete resolution of warranty disputes
10.2 Arbitration

USDT0 LLC US reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

- Firmware update notifications
- Package inserts with new products
Continued use of the Product after notification constitutes acceptance of warranty modifications.
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America. All intellectual property, trademarks, and proprietary technology referenced herein are owned and controlled by FireHouse Holding United and its subsidiaries. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials, software, or hardware designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Effective as of January 1, 2025. This warranty supersedes all previous warranty agreements and representations.
